Lomondgate spans a 106 acre site adjacent to the A82, northwest of Dumbarton. The development partners have invested more than £14m into upgrading the existing infrastructure which includes the creation of a major roundabout on the A82 providing direct access to the facilities. Additional road enhancements, combined with substantial landscaping, have not only transformed facilities for locals but created a welcoming landscape to Lomondgate.

The key features to Lomondgate are:

• 30 acres of Residential Land to the south of the A82 - Led by Walker Group, two other house building partners have come together to create a new community of 330 new homes
• 20 acres of Business Park to the north of the A82 - Providing flexible office accommodation with support service providers
• 9 acres of Roadside Services adjacent to the Business Park - Already the location for a 60 bed Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre Family Pub Restaurant, facilities will include a petrol filling station and convenience store; alongside two fast food/restaurant outlets and further convenience retail/tourist facilities; and a créche.
